HOW DOES COACHING WORK?
Typically I work with clients for a half-hour to an hour
a week. Coaching usually takes place on the phone or occasionally in person.
Generally, I coach clients for a minimum of three months, and often longer
on larger projects. In the initial sessions, I assist the client in defining
the goal or project for coaching. Subsequent coaching sessions are designed
to support the client in achieving what they want personally and professionally.
As a coach I'm there to hold you accountable, provide you with a structure
for success, give you another perspective, encourage you to take action
and help you to get the results you want.
I provide one-on-one coaching as well as group coaching.
Group coaching may occur in a business or organization - such as for a
work team. Or group coaching may occur for individuals wanting to explore
coaching with others interested in similar results.
